Humorous, as usually expected with David Shannon, is a good way to describe the book. Duck discovers he can ride a bike and influences the other farm animals to follow his lead. The kids never know their bikes have been ridden by all of the farm animals. This book uses repetition of text to help young readers predict outcomes and conversations amongst the animals.
